Gently dropped along the spine.

  • Step 1- The essential oils are first applied on your feet before application to the back - called Vita Flex Technique
  • Step 2 - The oils are dispensed in little drops from about six inches above one's back, hence the name Raindrop.
Undiluted essential oils are what make this technique unique.  It's based on the French model for applying oils – the most extensively practiced and studied model in the world.  (This model is taught at the Institute of Energy Wellness Studies - the only institute in Canada teaching Raindrop.)
  • Step 3 -Then, the oils are gently rubbed and feathered along your spine and back muscles.
The process takes about an hour and continues to work in your body for hours to days afterwards (being absorbed into the blood stream)
with possible body adjustments taking place during this time.

"Raindrop Technique is not a cure-all or magic bullet.  A healthy balanced body is the result of a well-rounded program of exercise and proper diet. Health is everything we do, say, hear, see and eat. The Raindrop Technique is only a tool to help restore your body's balance and good health." (from the "Essential Oils Desk Reference")
